We are located in Southern California. When your order is placed before 11:00 AM PST Monday through Saturday your item will ship the same day (except on Sundays and Holidays)
We use new 13.5 in. x 9.5 in. poly-bubble mailers on most items or reusable boxes for larger books and bundles.
We always make sure that on our end your package is well secured for the long journey towards you.

Most books are used and have a label on the fist page that reads 'This Belongs To' or a stamp with the following initials 'MVFOL'.
