We are located in Southern California. When your order is placed before 11:00 AM Monday through Saturday Pacific Time your item will ship the same day (except on holidays)
We use new poly bubble mailers on most items that fit into a 13.5? x 9.5? bag and reuse shipping boxes for larger items.
We always make sure that on our end your package is well secured for the long journey towards you.
